Nope, you are not the only one. I have posted this before in the past. I had the same problem, always tangled Behind the small access door. We were camping next to a young family and dad was teaching his, about 5 year old) son how to put the power cord back into their unit. So, of course it was interesting to me. He showed him to straighten it out and the very slowly feed it back into its spot. Hmmm.. Next time I had to put my power cord, I followed dad''s instructions.
Every time I fed a small amount of cord back in I said SLOW to myself. it worked.
Never had a tangled cord again in that unit. So dad taught his son and an unknown grandmother at the same time.
