The Marinco power inlets can be had on ebay for $30-35. You don't need the complete kit as there are some parts that won't get used. The mouse hole opening is larger in dia. than the power inlet so you need to make an adapter. I used a piece of 1/8" HDPE which was actually a cutting board from a dollar store and I cut it to suit the opening in the wall and the dia. of the inlet fitting. It had cross hatching on which helped keeping the caulk in place. Pretty straightforward job overall and looks factory original.
Marinco 30 amp power cords are currently around $40 or so on ebay. The cheapest one I could find 3 years ago was $68. I would get the collar that uses a 1/8 turn to lock in place. The threaded one is a PITA sometimes. I think it's a good idea to use a right angle adapter or the Marinco cord with an angle connector.
It looks like the complete conversion can be done (yourself) for just over $100 in today's prices.
