Well yes, and no. In the original post the Pickup was towing a RV trailer towing a Dolly with a full size car (likey 3-4 thousand pounds possibly more) Though double tow may be legal and technically this is. That is WAY over the MCGVW rating of that pickup I'm sure. Even with surge brakes on teh dolly I'd be concerned.

1. Pickup make or model
2. Actual weight of fifth wheel (not TT)
3. Actual length of fifth wheel
4. What car, weight, etc
That is a lot of assumptions to make a point.
