I have a 2016 Subaru Forester with a stick shift. Is this towable? Thanks.

Subaru will say "No". In 2016 they changed their recommendations and no longer recommend towing ANY Suby 4-down. We have a 2009 Forester 5-speed - have towed it 4-down for about 12k miles. Not sure if they actually changed something in the drivetrain, or just decided not to support it anymore. NEVER tow a Suby on a dolly - being all wheel drive it's either 4 up or 4 down. ST
