Hi Mr. Wizard,
I hate to disagree with you--but as oxygen content goes down catalytic heaters do start to produce carbon monoxide.
Sleepy put in a Platinum Cat in his TC. There is a great thread on it.
As my daughter is a carbon monoxide survivor (thank goodness, no permanent harm) the only heater I'd consider is the Platinum Cat
Others may jump in and say that unvented combustion heaters are safe to use, if the directions are followed. I disagree with them.
