I still don't understand why one would want to fire up a heater, then open a window to let cold air in, and a roof vent to let warm air out, so that your heater won't kill you!
Then, said person will likely complain about the inadequate insulation in RVs!
If it consumes fuel, ANY fuel, it will emit water vapor and carbon dioxide, and consume oxygen. When the oxygen level reaches a certain point, it will emit CO instead of CO2.
Carbon MONoxide binds to your hemoglobin, replacing the oxygen you need to live. If there is too much, you die.
Carbon DIoxide will suffocate you. It will shut your breathing down. I been there, did that! You can NOT breathe in a CO2 rich atmosphere! You will die.
I was lucky, I fell off the box that was full of CO2 when my breathing shut down. That was an incredibly frightening experience!
