Surge breaks on a dolly
I plan to tow a Toyota Camry behind a class A MH. I will be towing with a two wheel dolly. Does the dolly need surge breaks. The car weighs about 3300lbs. Thanks

Yes, a dolly needs brakes, so things don't break when you can't stop due to not having brakes.
