Surge breaks on a dolly
I plan to tow a Toyota Camry behind a class A MH. I will be towing with a two wheel dolly. Does the dolly need surge breaks. The car weighs about 3300lbs. Thanks

Our fifth wheel had electric brakes, and we have a large boat trailer with surge brakes.
