Surge breaks on a dolly
I plan to tow a Toyota Camry behind a class A MH. I will be towing with a two wheel dolly. Does the dolly need surge breaks. The car weighs about 3300lbs. Thanks

90% of the time you would be OK without brakes on the dolly. The first time someone pulls out in front of you at highway speed you would be glad you had them.
