Surge breaks on a dolly
I plan to tow a Toyota Camry behind a class A MH. I will be towing with a two wheel dolly. Does the dolly need surge breaks. The car weighs about 3300lbs. Thanks

FWIW, U-Haul car dollys can top out over 4000lbs, and do not have brakes.
