Just wondering how folks reserve there campsite. It will be fun to see the results. So, do you reserve on line or do you do it over the phone?

Popular or destination public parks: online. On the road, mom-and-pop parks: phone.
On the road, I don't normally have data service, and I often don't know how far I will get in a day. So I call in the afternoon and ask about that night. Also, because my RV is unconventional, I want to give them a chance to say no, although that has only happened once.
The mom-and-pop parks also rarely have functional online reservtion systems.
