So, do you reserve on line or do you do it over the phone?

I use both. I find and look for places on line and through other means. Then I call them and ask some forthright (but friendly) questions.

This usually results in us being much happier with the place we finally choose. And it also gives us a "feel" for the place or it's personality you just cant get by doing it all online.
