Survey-How do you reserve?

We do all our research online, site map review, campground rules, etc. But then pick up the phone to male the reservation. Noting like actually talking to someone there on the ground who knows the sites and can guide you, talk through what you are looking for in a site and direct you to a best suited site.

I may sound like an old man, but at sub-40 I guess I'm just old fashioned.
