It won't take "a ton of antifreeze", only 2 - 3 gallons and an hour of your time if you've done it before. If not, then probably 4 - 6 hours especially if you have a washer dryer.
Since you're paying for the hotel room they might let you park it in their parking area. This way you don't have to pay for storage and each night you can decide whether or not to turn on the furnace on. Your battery should last for two nights with the furance on low.
DON'T just drain the water and call it good. The pipes often have low points that don't drain all of the way, you have several sink and shower traps that won't drain, the water filter will be full of water and the holding tanks may not be 100% empty if they were at a slight angle when you emptied them, etc.
