Looking at your floor plan I expect you have to much weight behind the axle of the trailer. The slide is over and behind the axle and the kitchen is behind the axle with I expect your refrigerator loaded and your pantry loaded with food etc... Your grey water and fresh water tank is behind the axle also. I would be storing some stuff for travel up in the front bedroom to put more weight on the tongue which will reduce your sway if you have everything else configured properly.
