Swelling/bubbles on side

Could be delam or it could just be the way it was made. A pic would be handy.
Hoping it's not delam, which is caused by water intrusion and is very complicated and expensive to repair.
There were also some brands that had glue issues.

Delamination can also result from poor gluing allowing the outside skin to pull away from the substrate. There are ways to reglue by injecting glue thru small holes and using braced 2x4s to push the bulges in.

We have a 2003 motor home with delamination near a corner. Sent away for a $140 repair kit. Hope it works because it has to be fixed and a pro would cost thousands. The entire outer layer of fiber glass will start coming off eventually if not repaired to keep moisture out. I really hope you don't have delam.

Been raining here will try and get picture, but after reading more I think it is delam(sucks).

No the rv was dirty and the slides were out. The big delam/bubble is above the slideout and really didn't see any till I washed it

I suggest you check the roof and seam between it and the wall above that area for a leak. Good luck.

You need to get it professionally done. They have to clean and prep the underneath so the glue will stick. If you inject glue it will not last and hot weather and sun on a dark surface will pull away quickly a white surface will do so but might take a bit input the do it yourself does not work. I am a bit poorer to gain that knowledge.

If it is above the slide-out I am visualizing only about 6-8 ins off side wall delamination that goes from the slide-out opening to the roof. I would check carefully for leaks along the roof to sidewall seam. If that is the case there is usually a Al channel that is screwed to the sidewall hold the roof down and is cover with a rubber/plastic bubble seal, if you remove the seal you can see the screws. Once the channel is removed you can see how much damage is underneath. If not rotted underneath it can be bonded with a good epoxy. When I did mine I use car jacks to apply pressure against a brick building. A picture of the area in question would help us give more specific advice.
