If it is above the slide-out I am visualizing only about 6-8 ins off side wall delamination that goes from the slide-out opening to the roof. I would check carefully for leaks along the roof to sidewall seam. If that is the case there is usually a Al channel that is screwed to the sidewall hold the roof down and is cover with a rubber/plastic bubble seal, if you remove the seal you can see the screws. Once the channel is removed you can see how much damage is underneath. If not rotted underneath it can be bonded with a good epoxy. When I did mine I use car jacks to apply pressure against a brick building. A picture of the area in question would help us give more specific advice.
