Not a wise thing to do, I think.
If it is not attached to a wall, then having it on the floor is a better place for it to ride.
But then, bungee cords can do wonders, regardless of where you put it. Might have to mount some attachment points on wall, floor or table though. - Cocky_CamperExplorer IIBoth of ours goes in the middle of the bed, and it has never budge while in motion.
- D_E_BishopExplorerBoth of ours are mounted on swing out mounting brackets like many rigs have them. Haven't had a problem, I just tightened up the pivot bolts so they stay in place.
