Tankless Hot Water

I have a 2014 Keystone Sprinter. I am interesting in replacing my hot water heater with a tankless one. Does anyone have recomendations on the best model ones to buy?

  • Tankless water heaters perform best when water volume delivered to the input is robust and reasonably constant. In RVs this may not be doable, and the result is temperature fluctuations and general bad performance. The one in my house is great, but knowing how they work (and what they need to perform well) I would not want one in an RV.

The diesel pushers use an Aqua Hot system. Try them.

I bet you Diesel pusher rides a whole lot smoother than my travel trailer.

    Shocks are a wonderful thing.

Some appliances can not withstand the jarring.
  • when we had our store people thought the tank less way was the cats meow but it turned out to be an expensive mistake. sure you save space and weight but they don't work that great in a RV
  • Tankless is thankless. RV manufacturers are discontinuing tankless water heaters. Swim with the tide.
  • Do yourself a favor and search here qnd on the other RV forums on tankless water heaters. There are lots of comments, not many very good.
