I assume she can get from A to B but does she know how to actually drive?
Does she understand conservation of momentum?
Does she understand how the engine speed, power, and gear ratios work together? Like does she know how to use the gears in a multi-speed bicycle?
Does she drive smooth or hurky jerky?
Does she understand lane position? (not just what lane to be in)
Does she frequently stop late like into a crosswalk?
How does she do in stressful traffic?
Probably more but any of her driving faults will be amplified while towing so beware.
Otherwise just give her time behind the wheel and guide her gently.
