Alas, the passing vehicle may be in violation of FCC regs (Part 15).. But there is nothing you can do about that.
The Batwing with Wingman (Pictured above) is the best RV antenna made.. There are better antennas but they are not made for RV use. Careful aiming of the antenna is the best you can do.
Some televisions are more resistant to TVI (Television interference) than others. But parking farther from the road is about the only thing you can do,, other than careful aiming.
If you have not added a Wingman (And have a Winegard Batwing) Do so.
