No need to remove them. If it's really hot it might be best not to turn them on, but I assume you wouldn't really care to sit in a 120 degree RV watching TV anyhow. For a technically precise answer according to Sony, you can look in the rated storage temperature range in the specifications section of the TV owner's manual.
Bear in mind that they (and other electronic gadgets) get transported to Best Buy in unheated, non-air-conditioned semi trailers. Also note that the same basic components (LCD screens, LED backlights, similar electronic circuitry) is used in car radios, and those don't need to be removed for environmental reasons.
