I bring mine inside but only because it is simple to do. Then I can have more TV's to play with in the house.
I don't have the temp specs in front of me but the flat screens are ok to leave in the cold. The only thing to watch for is be sure to heat up the room somewhat before turning any on. If it was a high dollar expensive LCD Large Screen HDTV I would most definitely bring it inside...
