One has to note that this is a London paper. They get eyeballs by slamming anything American right now due to all the anti-US sentiment due to the Guardian mentioning stuff that Snowden gave them.
I'm sure there are many parts of London which one would end up getting gutted like a fish once the sun goes down.
Most of Tennessee is pretty safe in my experience.
