OH!!!!!!!!!!! Don't forget Baltimore !!!!!! I live here and if you go down the city or some other areas around the city it's as bad as it gets. Just check out the shootings in Baltimore city it's crazy. I say fence it in and pull out all the good people and let them go at it.
