Been vacationing in Tennessee for many years. Never have had a problem. It is the out of state drivers that give me the most problem riding their brakes down every mountain road. Doing 85 in a 65 mph zone.
There are some seedy areas in Knoxville that I would not want to walk the streets at night in, but doesn't nearly every city have that problem. To H----with England who cares what they think?
