not sure what kind of restrictions your neighborhood has, but canopies like sch911 showed above are considered temporary by most govt agencies and therefore aren't as likely to require permits or meet the same setback requirements. you won't have to worry about snowloads where you are, so the smallest size that meets your requirements is okay.
I have been thinking about getting one for my TT, but since canopy isn't quite as high as I would like, I plan to secure legs to concrete blocks raising it an additional 8 inches which should be enough. I will bolt legs to blocks, which means I don't have to deal with tiedowns and ropes either.
Check with Northern Tool, Tractor Supply or similar type stores.
