Testing Drinking Water
Does anyone know where I can find Test strips to check my incoming water for bacteria? I want to do the Bleach gig to my lines but really want to check the water afterwards.

Filters that retain bacteria need to have a size cutoff of around 0.2 microns to stop bacteria. Laboratories use Millipore filters of 0.22 microns to sterilize water and media used for culturing bacteria and cells. However, they are used in specialized, sterile glassware and are ONLY USED ONCE.
Those filters do not remove viruses. Intense UV irradiation does.
