Thanks to all for you input and the PM's I have received. Yes RV's (including non-powered) are covered under the Texas Lemon Laws. Ours is still under warranty until May and has been into a dealer and worked on by a mobile tech approved by Heartland for the same issues several times. As of today we have been out of our unit for 9 days while major work is being done. I do not want to list all the issues we have had here but the list is long with two repairs I consider major for a less than two year old unit. We will be seeking legal input this week. Thank again.
