Thank You Fantastic Vent for Great Customer Service!

The lift mechanism died on the Fantastic Vent in my '06 Carriage Cameo last week. I tried getting some repair advice and parts at my local Camping World store but they didn't carry the necessary part...

Glad to hear they're still providing good service. A couple of years ago, before they were sold, they would supply parts with "no questions asked" about how old, etc. If you had a Fantastic fan, they would send parts to keep it going. Wonder if they still do that for older units?
