Thank You Fantastic Vent for Great Customer Service!

The lift mechanism died on the Fantastic Vent in my '06 Carriage Cameo last week. I tried getting some repair advice and parts at my local Camping World store but they didn't carry the necessary part...

their very helpful customer service representative sent me the replacement parts and a repair diagram free of charge! Now that was GREAT SERVICE!

same repair same great service on 10 year old product. shipping was also free in USA.
