I ran into this once with a water heater repair on the TT. The website said they were a certified repair shop so I called and got the same response. They were almost rude to a point. Called whoever manufactured the water heater explained what happened. Few hours later water heater people called back and said they are no longer a certified repair facility. Went to another dealer and they took care of it no problem.
Don't understand the reasoning behind it because when looking for a new trailer I didn't even bother stopping at that dealer.
