We have a local dealer that prominently displays their service priorities on signs throughout the sales and service area.
It says they will work on any type of RV but they have priorities. They will service customers who bought from them first and will bump others down to get them in. They will service units they sell bought elsewhere after they service their own customers but will put a new request from theirs ahead of the bought elsewhere unit even after it was in line. And they will service any other RV after all those have been taken care of.
It is probably a selling point to get you to buy but it could also make you wonder if they may also treat their own customers differently depending on the unit.
