The Longest Sewer Connection You've Made?

FTd for 7 yrs..........

Had a few occasions where THREE 15' sewer hose were needed, THREE 25' potable water hoses but never had to use an extension cord/extra cord (cause 5vr has Dual power receptacles--front & rear)

I carry FOUR 15' collapsible sewer hoses & Four 25' potable water hoses....just in case

Maybe it depends somewhat on where your connections are?
I have 25' worth and have not needed more and my connections are near the center of the TT.

60 feet with the stinky-slinky. The sewer connection was at the far rear of the campsite, and the connection to my camper is closer to the front. I was backed in.

Our sewer outlet on out trailer is before the wheels on out 5th wheel which is 40ft long ... I have had to use 30ft of sewer hose at a couple of the older camp grounds were the sewer is located at the back corner of a site ... I carry an extra 10ft of hose just in case, cheaper to buy at home than on the road or at a Camp ground were you may pay 20 percent or more for junk ...

Safe Travels

I had to go 30 feet once ( sewer connection at he back of the site ), but only because I wanted to line up the side entry door with the patio. If I had backed up to where a front entry would be, the 20 footer would have been plenty.

I've used 20 feet. Right now while parked at my daughters house I use about 90 feet. I have four 20 ft sections inserted into each other and glued with goop. I then attach 4 of my other regular twist lock pieces. To attach the first four sections without fittings together I heated one section and screwed the next cold section into it with goop smeared on it. I bent a little loop on the wire so it would feed into the other hose without snagging. The 20 foot hoses dont really stretch out to 20 ft but maybe if they were sitting in the hot sun. It has a slight downhill run so it works well and is far better than using my 15 gal blue tote.

At first I thought it was crazy but I also kept thinking about the tote. I think the plain hose with no fittings was about $13 so $13 x 4 = $52 and it all fits in a large heavy duty trash bag. With the other four twist lock sections attached the whole thing would fit in a wheel barrow overflowing. More is better. :)

25 ft is about the longest run I’ve needed. The worst situation was needing all of it and the dang connection was slightly up hill. Not good!

0' of stinky slinky ... none needed as I instead use a waste macerator. :B

about 35' feet. we carry 1-5' hose and 5-10' hoses. 32-years of experience has taught us to be prepared.

100 feet with a macerator pump and an oversized hose.
