We did a 2.5 hour PDI on our first Toy Hauler. They were a bit put off...but they knew it had to be done if we were going to purchase.
We did Not do a test drive. However, I did bring my bike to the showroom and rode it up into the Toy Hauler to see how it fit.
Tested everything, there were a couple of items that they needed to fix prior to us completing the paperwork.
They got them done quickly (same afternoon).
Since taking ownership there have been a few things that only showed up after a couple thousand miles on the road.
Two of them I fixed. The other three are being taken care of by the dealer.
