You may want to actually weigh your combo. 3,500# pin on a 20K RV is VERY unlikely.
Yes 19.5's will help. I would suggest adding bags if U have not already done so.
Our pin weight is 2880 dry weight. With propane/water tanks full and "way" too much stuff in storage bay, plus all personal stuff. We're probably well north of 3500#. And, she's airbagged! memtb
