So let's compromise driver comfort 99% of the time for that 1% of the time where a DRW might have some traction problems? Makes perfect sense to me.
Yeah, a DRW is not the best in limited traction situations, but that can be compensated for, just as the lack of payload capacity can be compensated for in an SRW truck. The difference is you can vastly improve the traction of a DRW truck with a lot less work and a lot less dollars than it takes to improve the payload capacity of an SRW truck: Throw something heavy in the bed.
