Good ougliy mogily. Pop ups drain out the soapy water from the kitchen sink. They don't have holding tanks. They could have washed their dishes in a plastic tub and tossed their water out the door and no one would have been the wiser. There are areas in this country that encourage the draining of gray water onto the vegetation around the site.
Fined? I doubt the EPA rushed there to capture some desperado that was draining dishwater on the ground. I bet they ran the hose under their truck so that they wouldn't offend their neighbors, and avoid to hassles. And flies never come around when you eat outside? C'mon man.
