I report them, IF the campground rules say NO washing of RVs, which many do.
It is really very simple (as it usually is): READ the rules. FOLLOW the rules.
If the rules say you must not dump waste water on the ground, DO NOT DO IT!
If the rules say you must not dump your waste water into the vault toilets, DO NOT DO IT!
If the rules say you must not wash your RV, DO NOT DO IT!
