It is a bit like the traditional holiday price rise.
Bit Oil is true conservative: They do not like change because they have yet to buy the new guy. So they wish to keep the current powers that be in power.
Thus they lower the prices so we will think the current powers that be are doing a good job and not vote the idiots out of office and vote worse idiots in , at least worse for them, if not for us as well.
