The reason for falling oil prices explained (maye)

Here in our town the local stations are all controlled by a mysterious cabal that keeps every station in town at the same price. No one knows who they are but every weekend prices jump exactly the same amount all over the city then they all drop back down the first of the week. Currently they are at $2.84 regular and about $3.04 premium 93. Projections for 2015 are currently saying regular will run about $2.94 regular on average. Should per barrel prices stay about $83 there will be a lot of rv'ers taking much longer trips. Here's hoping.
