I think we'll see a lot more obnoxious behavior (on all sides) as the generations change. Today's norms are very different than yesterday's - and I have a foot in both. For example, I've been telling my kids to talk quietly in the pool all morning, and a family just came in and is so loud. It's a public area, so I can't expect any sympathy from management. Hopefully our kids learn the rationale behind, and the importance of, our value-set.
