Kudos to you Karynkj!
I have no clue about the federal laws for truckers but I do have enough sense to know that if I pull into a spot where a reefer truck is parked with the frig running I've made a decision to deal with the noise. As far as being a little irate at being wakened at 4:00am, you darn right I'm going to be a little irate and the irritation only increases if the person does something that makes me thing they're going to be messing with my stuff.
