I am of the opinion that once in a while, a splurge on something really cool, is money well-spent. Some of my favorite memories come from those events. We've paid the Big Bucks for camping sites that offered amazing views and not regretted it. Being able to watch an air show from the camp chair in our site would be amazing!!
