The worst interstate list
I've never heard of this site but they have compiled a list of the worst Interstate sections in the US. Note that they are referring to short sections of long highways, the Rhode Island section of I-9...

I really don't get it... it seems like Mass DOT is intentionally leaving bridges unpaved?
You will be told that those bumps are necessary for "frost expansion". I might buy that explanation except most surrounding states (except VT) are much smoother...
