How about if those - "nasty people out there" - are using the street in front of *your house* for nasty stuff?..:R
(Like emptying their black tanks -right on the ground- early AM in the dark before they leave).
Of course maybe there's a way to sort out the "nice people" from the "nasty people"(??)
Certainly they would tell you if you just asked, right?..:W
