Yes, there are some amazing people out there. Reminds me of a time, we went to a 5 star hotel, out of town for a family visit. Around the pool, well was a pile. Apparently there was a school band staying at the hotel. Sadly enough they think it was a student. Last year at our home park, membership only, the honey-wagon was down, so the park bought new 5 total totes for waste for people. Someone had actually used one, an changed out the wheels from the new one to their personal tote. Cant fix stupid.
