I was taught that at a early age from my parents... I blame the parents of these individuals for there childrens offenses... If they ( parents and children) had to clean it up they wouldn't think it was funny any more...

I've gotten the impression that many more parents haven't trained their kids to clean up after themselves.
Or that it's ok and funny to do that.
