There's really no excuse for how some campers act. They think that since the campsite and facilities are not their's, they can do what they want and it will be someone else's problem. I get really disgusted when I see stuff like this during our travels.
We spend about 6 months in our camper each year and get to see a lot of campgrounds. Fortunately it is rare that we have a bad experience.
