They damaged our new car installing the base plate

In retrospect I guess it was a stupid post. I did indicate they handled the problems well for the most part. It was their quick attempt to push any future problems problems caused from "their install" at the car dealer. I don't know what was behind the hole they drilled besides the trans line.

General RV is huge and has brick & mortar in many locations. They do their own installs and many of them. Sorry for the waste of time. I guess I just needed to vent .
